Talking with Plants Free Guide

Talking with Plants

A free mini guide

Plants have been speaking to people for as long as there have been people to listen. Every tradition that ever kept medicine knew this. The knowing came first, and the naming came after.

This guide is the beginning of that practice. How plant spirit comes through, and why it looks different for everyone. Setting the space, simply or elaborately. Three ways to meet a plant: a ninety second greeting on a walk, asking permission before a harvest, and a long sitting that goes all the way in. It closes with a full written meditation you can use with any plant that calls you, whether that is a tree at the edge of the woods, a weed in the sidewalk, or the houseplant on your windowsill.

You already have what this asks of you. There is no lineage you need to be born into, no certification, no particular gift. You need a plant, a little quiet, and the willingness to believe that what you notice is real.
